The International Turkish Statistical Association (ITSA) is pleased to announce its Virtual Opening Ceremony & Inaugural Seminar, marking the official launch of the association.

This special event will feature keynote talks by Karen Kafadar, Commonwealth Professor at Department of Statistics at University of Virginia and Mine Çetinkaya-Rundel, Professor of the Practice and the Director of Undergraduate Studies at the Department of Statistical Science and an affiliated faculty in the Computational Media, Arts, and Cultures program at Duke Universit

The seminar aims to bring together statisticians, data scientists, and researchers from around the world to celebrate the formation of ITSA, foster international collaboration, and discuss the evolving role of statistics in science, education, and society.

Participation is open to all interested attendees.
